Hops develop hip projection, cyclic leg action, balance & postural stability of using one and two feet. Balanced footballers are able to move better on the pitch, for example in 1v1 situations and execute explosive, reactive actions on and off the ball. Great analogies used, such as pain is caused by a volume knob in the brain stuck on ‘max’ Really interesting to hear about the underpinning scientific evidence, such as brain imaging scans that show cognitive behavioral therapy works (CBT).
